The Cleveland County Health Department will be administering flu shots for anyone 9 years of age or older at the fair on Thursday, September 27th -  Saturday, September 29th from 5:00pm - 8:00pm in Dorton Exhibit Hall.

10th Annual Gateway Festival is October 6th
The City of Kings Mountain will host the 10th annual "Gateway Festival" on Saturday, October 6 from 10:00AM until 6:00PM throughout the downtown area.  This community event is a celebration of Kings Mountain music, art, history and culture. 
Kings Mountain was designated in 2000 as "The Gateway City” by the Department of Interior and the National Park Service to all three area parks- Crowder's Mountain State Park, Kings Mountain State Park and Kings Mountain National Military Park.
