Bruce Camp's Local Fishing Report July 26, 2018

The retirees have fished lakes Hickory and Wylie since last report. On Lake Hickory, Rick LaMountain and Larry Melton grabbed the win with a catch of 11.15, they anchored that with big bass of the day, a 3.17 large mouth. Gerald Finney and Danny Elkins had 8.77 to claim second and in third with 4.98 was Doug Sparrow and David O'Shields.
On Lake Wylie, once again LaMountain and Melton picked up the win, this time with 13.32. They also had big bass again with a 3.56 large mouth. David O'Shields and Doug Sparrow took second with 11.18 and in third was John Black and Roger McNeely with 9.03.
The Cleveland County Bass Club fished High Rock Lake on their last monthly event. Roger Beaver got the win with 10.14, this was anchored with a 5.60 large mouth that was big bass of the day. Jimmy Melton was second with 6.68 followed by Tammy Melton with 3.54. Charlie Canipe had 2.84 and was fourth and in fifth was Nick Beaver with 2.76.
